Marissa Jaret Winokur, best known as a recent Dancing with the Stars semi-finalist and for her Tony-award winning role in Hairspray, is expecting a baby boy in July. The upcoming birth is a miracle, since Marissa was diagnosed with cervical cancer several years ago and underwent a hysterectomy.
Marissa doesn't want other women to have to go through what she did. She is now committed to raising awareness of how to prevent cervical cancer, caused by the HPV virus.
